Community

Emory is a major participant in the Atlanta area community. The university enhances quality of life through health care, cultural support and volunteer service. Emory is one of the region's largest private employers and one of its leading centers of scientific research.

The Office of University-Community Partnerships connects organizations to Emory faculty, staff and students. OUCP promotes scholarship in the public interest by focusing Emory's intellectual capital on issues.
