yoga class participants

Blomeyer Health Fitness Center can help you get moving with programs for every fitness level and that fit into your schedule. Highlights for the spring include the return of the Blomeyer stair climbing challenge and the introduction of in-person yoga classes.

Move up to Blomeyer

Take on the challenge to climb the 97 outdoor stairs of the 1525 Emory Clinic building to Blomeyer Health Fitness Center. Check in at the front desk and be entered in a drawing for a $20 gift card. You can check in once each day during the week; one winner will be chosen each week through April 22. All benefits-eligible Emory employees can participate.

Join a yoga class

In-person yoga classes will be added to Blomeyer’s schedule beginning Monday, April 18. Kimberly Hamilton, a Kaiser Permanente yoga, tai chi, qi gong instructor and holistic health coach, will lead the classes on Mondays at 6:30 a.m. and Wednesdays at 5 p.m.
