New online tool helps Emory researchers take inventions to market

Emory researchers looking to start (or grow) a company have a new website they can turn to for launching companies and licensing inventions at the university.

Venture Navigator, created by Emory Biomedical Catalyst, uses resources from Emory as well as other sources to provide a one-stop shop for researchers looking to take discoveries to market.

The tool makes it easier for entrepreneurs at any stage of the venture development journey to access resources and support.

“Whether you’re looking to learn about bringing an invention to market or want to start a company or scale an existing company, Venture Navigator has resources to help,” says Mike Cassidy, who directs Emory Biomedical Catalyst.
