DISCOVERY Gene editing reverses Huntington's in mouse model CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, delivered by viral vector into the brain, can reverse Huntington's pathology and motor symptoms in a mouse model of the inherited neurological disorder, Emory scientists report. ACHIEVEMENT President's annual report reflects on 'remarkable year' for Emory Emory's annual report highlights the university's impact here in Atlanta and around the world, sharing stories of creating knowledge, educating the next generation, transforming society, and helping develop new and better ways to prevent and treat disease. ADMINISTRATION Emory names new vice provost for enrollment management Paul P. Marthers has been named vice provost for enrollment management, a new position, in which he will lead enrollment and retention efforts of the university's four undergraduate schools. PROFILE Meredith Honeycutt: Continuing a family tradition of serving students As business manager in Campus Life's Finance Center, Meredith Honeycutt helped hundreds of student leaders and student organizations over more than two decades.
